CHANGES AND ADDENDUM TO RULE BOOK

Changes to nomenclature of rule book for sports profession and ranks („Official Herald RS“, no. 7/2013)
Changes and addendum to:

•    Rule book about the level of education competence for sports occupation in area of golf in Republic of Serbia
•   Rule book about licensing and conditions set forward for entry and maintaining membership for professional golf coaches.  

     Changes to terms for sports occupation:
        OLD NAME                                                          NEW NAME

•   Golf Demonstrator             ----->           Sports Demonstrator for golf
•   Golf Instructor – Apprentice ----->           Sports Apprentice Instructor for golf
•   Golf Instructor  (GPNT)       ----->          Sports Apprentice golf specialist (GPNT)

EDUCATION FOR TEACHERS

•     November 2012. – Implementing program for education and licensing from Golf Association of Serbia.
•     March education for all three levels of instructors:
  • 18.03.2013. Sports Demonstrator for golf
  •  18-21.03.2013. Sports Apprentice Instructor for golf
  •  18-21.03.2013. Sports Apprentice golf specialist (GPNT)
•   Totally 4 candidates participated from which two for  Sports Demonstrator for golf and two for Sports Apprentice Instructor for golf IPE – INITIAL PROFESSIONAL EDUCATION
•    Education which is organized by Confederation of Professional Golf is designed for coaches from less golf developed countries
•    It serves to bring closer international levels of education
•    IPE Initial Professional Education 2013 - Berlin:
  • 1st stage – 14 - 16. January
  •  2nd stage – 11 - 15. March

   SPGA had two candidates for IPE: Zoran Antonijević and Vladimir Simeunović

Confederation of Professional Golf OF EUROPE VISITING SPGA

• One of the official procedures when applying for status of full membership Confederation of Professional Golf is visit by their officials to our Organization,,
• 20-22 of April we had visit from Tony Bennett (Director of Education & Membership)
• Visit schedule:
  • Visiting Golf Club Centar
  •  Visiting  Golf Club Beograd
  •  Exam for IPE candidates
  •  Meeting with Golf Association of Serbia President
  •  Meeting with  SPGA Management
